ANOTHER WAY TO DESCRIBE YOUR TEAM'S UNIQUE SUPERPOWER?
Signature Gift
Uncover yours in a 2-hour group session—all hands on deck.
ABOUT YOUR GROUP
YOU'RE HERE TO MAKE AN IMPACT
You've got a team committed to awesome things in the world—or your corner of it. One way to really get the team even more authentically engaged, clear, and focused on what you really do best (and how you do it), is to discover your team's Signature Gift and put powerful language to your unique vision and operating style.
NOT A MISSION STATEMENT, BUT
ACTIVATING YOUR MISSION
If a group doesn’t have a Mission Statement—many informal community groups don’t—it can result in members working towards different purposes, confused decision-making, and disconnected relationships.
The Signature Gift facilitated process creates the missing link between the Mission—or lack of mission— and the local, every-day operating style and vision of any group or team of any size. It doesn’t replace a mission, it’s an energizing and enjoyable experience that engages everyone and results in a collaboratively built statement that everyone buys into.
Useful for brand new groups, or groups facing significant shifts in purpose
Useful for accurately naming the group's mission and working style, and checking in on what supports vs. works against you.
Useful for acknowledgements, ending rituals, honoring purpose, transition, and/or completion.

STANLEY EDWARD MASZCZAK (he/they)
Stanley thrives in group energy, whether speaking, teaching, or facilitating. His life has been dedicated to digging and sifting beyond the layers of negative socialization and conditioning to uncover life purpose and make positive, impactful meaning. It's his greatest joy to support individuals and groups in that holistically revitalizing work.
Stanley is a now-retired senior noncommissioned officer of the U.S. Army Reserve, combat veteran, and professional coach who grew up as an adherent to religious fundamentalism. Having to painfully grapple with his fundamentalist foundations and conflicting sexual orientation in his late teens and early 20s allowed him to open up to a more inclusive view of life and society. Now fully affirming and identifying as gay and gender nonconforming, he strives to practice inclusion in every area of his life, and is committed to lifelong learning, anti-racism, and holistic inclusion—recognizing that in any moment he is both student and teacher.
Stanley's writing has been published in the Huffington Post.
